The course is aimed at all those who want to grow with the Method and use it practically at work and in everyday life. The course is a closed cycle of workshops, ending with a certificate confirming the number of overworked ATMs and acquired skills in practical use of ATM. The first edition – no longer available.

Soon it will be possible to join us and take part in internet lessons. Lessons will be provided with a one- day delay – in case of wider interest. Lessons can be translated into English, Russian and Ukrainian. Please report your needs in this regard.

– how to use Feldenkrais Method to create and adjust training and initial training of corrective and compensatory gymnastics to the needs (with special regard to scoliosis, dysopathy and obesity movement limitations).

We want Harmonya to become a forum for exchanging views and experiences for teachers working with the Method.

I invite you to attend workshops on how to use the Method for working with children with cerebral palsy and genetic diseases. The deadline is January 2018 Each of the teachers who would like to share their work experience with Method and conduct the workshops – will be welcome in Harmonya Join us.
